Start with the hidden hall below Grand Hall: approach the lower passage from Ballrooms, remove the chained obstruction from that side, then use the low gold-framed painting to launch up-left. For the wider objective, check hidden passages and lever routes as well as ordinary room coverage.
What the objective is asking for
The secret-zone task belongs to The Artist Arcana and its Masterpiece spell. It asks you to find the Main Hall’s secret zones. A filled-looking normal route or a collected chest is not enough to establish that every hidden area has been visited.
Inspect the task in your own Arcana menu while revisiting suspect rooms. This page concentrates on useful missed-route checks and does not claim to list every zone.
The hidden hall below Grand Hall
- Reach the lowest connection between Ballrooms and Grand Hall. Approach the chained barricade from the Ballrooms side.
- Clear the obstruction and move left. Look low on the wall for the gold-framed painting.
- Grapple into the painting. Aim up-left and jump to launch onto the hidden staircase platform.
- Check for the map update. The destination has green stained glass, armoured statues and a portrait of a white-haired swordsman.
- Explore the floor to the left as well as the landing. The illustrated source shows an XP statue beside a firing skull-column hazard.
On a keyboard, the source demonstrates the launch with Left + Up + Jump. Use the equivalent directional and jump inputs for your control scheme.
Other places to recheck
| Place | Practical check |
|---|---|
| Entrance Corridor | Check wall edges for both walk-through passages and a breakable section. The location reference places a Wise Heart Fragment behind a hidden passage here. |
| Abandoned Workshop | Inspect the upper room for the hidden passage associated with the Ghostly Pendant chest. |
| Mirror Rooms | A hidden passage is associated with a DEF UP book. Visiting the ordinary mirror room is not the same as entering that passage. |
| Brauner’s Atelier | The lower-corridor wall gear opens the gate toward the statue chamber; check the lever route before treating the gate as an ability wall. |
| Balcony from Ballrooms | The ornate gate seen after a rightward painting launch does not open from that side in the illustrated route. Mark the upgrades beyond it and approach later from another direction. |
These checks are selected from the illustrated Main Hall reference. They identify promising places to inspect; they are not a complete coordinate list or a verified count of remaining zones.
Starts at the creator’s 10:48 Exploring the castle chapter. This is area context, not a verified timestamp for the hidden-hall painting launch.

Still missing a secret zone?
Return to the map with a specific traversal question: is the barrier a false wall, a breakable wall, a gate mechanism or a floor that needs a stronger downward attack? The remedy depends on the obstacle, so do not treat every unfinished branch as a double-jump problem.
Place a marker at an unreachable branch and record the landmark. Revisit the branch after gaining the relevant movement interaction. For the Balcony gate, the current source establishes only that the Ballrooms approach is the closed side; it does not establish the complete return route.
If every check here is complete and The Artist’s task remains unfinished, more areas remain outside this page’s current coverage. Open the external Main Hall map reference ↗ to compare your unexplored edges. This guide will not infer a bug or invent the number of zones you have left.
